BMS Mission Statement

As a Christian Mission Organisation, we aim to share life in all its fullness with the world’s people by -

+ enabling them to know Christ

+ alleviating suffering and injustice

+ improving the quality of life

And with people as our primary agent of change– motivating, training, sending and resourcing them.

The BMS Mission Statement is a world-wide challenge, too big to grasp, so how can we make a difference and how much should we give in money, time and prayers?

Acts 11:29..each accordingly to his ability, decided to provide help for their brothers...Which is very similar to “from each, according to their ability, to each, according to their need “ Karl Marx!

Here are some of the photographs taken recently on the walk to raise funds for BMS.  The walk was followed by a lunch in the Baptist Church Hall of soup and a ploughman's lunch.

 Who said this was going to be an easy walk!
