Tai Chi

Ladies Night at King's Sutton Baptist Church held an introduction to Tai Chi.  The tutor came from Aylesbury and was very good.  During the evening she taught us moves in stages and then at the end of the evening after only an hour she put them together to form a sequence.  It was suitable for all ages and abilities and could also be adapted for anyone not able to stand for long by sitting in the chair, she used this method during the evening.  Everyone really enjoyed the evening as you can see from the following photographs.  Once finished she showed us a long complicated sequence using her ceremonial sword.

It is a pity that she lives so far away as I am sure that many people would have liked to carry on on a regular basis.
